Wenger sends message to Arsenal fans after 1-0 win over Burnley

The Gunners looked headed for a draw until Aaron Ramsey was pushed down in the area in injury time and Alexis Sanchez netted the victor from the spot.

The fourth official signalled there would be two minutes of stoppage time: two minutes to keep their heads, hold firm and frustrate another of the Premier League's heavyweights.

The Gunners, without a poorly Mesut Ozil, but otherwise fielding the same side which beat Tottenham in their previous league match, were predictably hustled out of their comfort zone.

Burnley boss Sean Dyche continues to work wonders with his side and were seconds away from their fourth top flight clean sheet in a row for the first time ever.

Chelsea's Victor Moses to return to squad at Liverpool after injury - Conte
He's a technical player, but at the same time he is very fast, very strong and very good in one v one situations. Conte, however, said Chelsea would not allow jetlag or fatigue to affect their performance at Anfield .

Burnley began with typical vigour as Ashley Barnes, starting ahead of Chris Wood, looked an early danger in the air.

Burnley posed a constant threat with its physicality and came close to breaking the deadlock when Petr Cech tipped Johann Berg Gudmundsson's strike onto the post.

Ramsey should have broken the deadlock after Alexandre Lacazette escaped down the left and whipped in a teasing cross, but the midfielder skied his half-volley under little pressure.

Cech made a volleyball style set save on a well-struck Robbie Brady effort in the 39th minute.

USA changes course, allows PLO office to remain open
The United Nations considers the PLO to be the " sole legitimate representative of the Palestinian people ". The Palestinians responded furiously and warned that they will freeze all communications with the US.

Arsenal appeared to have more goal immediately after the restart and saw Ben Mee block a good opening for Sead Kolasinac, before Lacazette forced Nick Pope into his first real save.

The Republic of Ireland worldwide then threatened to snatch the victor by firing over the bar with just over 15 minutes to play. He said he wanted to go back and flick on the ball.

Wenger's side needed an injury-time penalty from star man Alexis Sanchez to see off their Premier League rivals and move into the league's top-four.
