Olympic gold medalists Aly Raisman and McKayla Maroney accused Nassar of sexually abused them when they were teenagers.

"You used that position of trust that you had in the most vile way - to abuse children", she said.

Larry Nassar, 54, admitted to sexually assaulting at least seven girls, all but one of whom are gymnasts, while he was working as a physician for USA Gymnastics and Michigan State University.

He is also charged with three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct in Eaton County, where he is expected to plead guilty next week.

Law enforcement hoping for safe Thanksgiving travel
