Wenger: Sanchez, Ozil could leave Arsenal in January

Ozil and fellow star Alexis Sanchez could both leave the club on free transfers next summer when their current deals expire, with negotiations having been shelved this spring amid the uncertainty surrounding Arsene Wenger's future.

It's expected Sanchez will leave Arsenal at the end of the season, which will lead to a scramble to sign the forward.

Another player who could leave for nothing in June is Mesut Ozil, although Keown is already resigned to the fact that the German will probably leave.

"I will have to speak to him", Wenger said.

"Sanchez is a lion who wants to play football and I do not expect him to sulk".

Another possible departure from Arsenal in January is Jack Wilshere, after reports indicated he was considering leaving the club in order to force his way into England's World Cup squad.

He could not guide his country to World Cup qualification, and Wenger admits he does not know the effect it will have on the player. I will always appreciate him.
