Ghazipur's mountain of trash caves in, two killed

At least two people died, according to reports, after New Delhi's Ghazipur landfill site caved in and collapsed onto a roadway on September 1.

The Delhi Fire Service (DFS), which got a call about the accident around 2.45 p.m., sent four-five JCB machines for rescue operations.

The rescue teams including NDRF and the nearby people who reached the spot first managed to save 4-5 people from under the garbage.
